Tracy J. Hermann focuses her practice in the areas of family and domestic relations law, immigration law, collections, personal injury, and civil litigation. Born in New York, New York, she is admitted to practice in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts federal and state courts.
Ms. Hermann's greatest skill is her ability to listen to her client's needs, and formulate a strategy based on that particular client's wishes. She will work to resolve a matter, whenever possible, in order to minimize a client's costs. However, she is prepared to aggressively represent a client in court, to ensure that a client's legal and financial rights are protected.
