Gary D. Berkowitz, of counsel, was born in Providence, Rhode Island. He has nearly 30 years' experience in civil litigation, commercial law, creditor representation in bankruptcy, intellectual property enforcement, corporations, real estate law, title examinations, and real estate and land use litigation in the Massachusetts and Rhode Island federal and state courts.
Mr. Berkowitz is an agent for Commonwealth Title. His real estate practice includes title work for buyers and sellers of commercial and residential properties, including developers, issuance of land use and zoning opinions for commercial lenders as well as landlord-tenant litigation.
