Daniel S. Kaplan, senior partner and founder of the firm, was born in Paterson, New Jersey (birthplace of Lou Costello and Larry Doby). He has more than 40 years' experience in corporate law and was formerly a partner at a major Rhode Island law firm.
He is well-known and well-regarded in the legal and business community, particularly for his work in mergers and acquisitions. He has assisted more than 1,000 clients and businesses with dispositions and acquisitions and is distinguished by his ability to resolve business disputes in a variety of ways.
