Arthur I. Fixler, of counsel, was born in the Bronx, New York, and has more than 45 years' experience in federal and state tax law, estate planning and elder law. He has represented companies and individuals before federal, state and city authorities. He is and has been an officer and board member of numerous community organizations. He also lectures extensively in the areas of taxation, estate planning and elder law.
